A journey that transformed a passion into a purpose.
During a serendipitous trip through the Canadian wilderness, Josephine discovered the art of pure honey crafting from a master beekeeper. Inspired by that moment, she created Honeybee.official to bring real, raw honey to more people while supporting bee conservation and environmental sustainability.
From our beekeeping farms in Winnipeg, Manitoba, our pure natural honey comes from apiaries located in mountainous areas away from chemicals. Our beekeepers work with our bees to produce products that guarantee quality in their raw, unpasteurized form. Direct from hive to jar – this honey is nature’s purest sample of perfect sweetness, with bees freely collecting from wildflowers without any form of alteration.
In many Western cultures, mead is known as a symbol of happiness and good fortune.
Historically, parents would brew honey wine and gift it to their children during weddings, blessing the couple with sweetness, prosperity, and harmony.
Drinking honey wine for a full month after the wedding is where the word “Honeymoon” originally comes from — a celebration of love and new beginnings.
Golden Honey Mead continues this tradition of natural sweetness and heartfelt blessings. Perfect for personal enjoyment, gifting, celebrations, and wedding occasions.
During a serendipitous journey through the Canadian wilderness, Josephine encountered a master beekeeper who opened her eyes to the art of pure honey crafting. She witnessed the complete process and tasted honey in its most authentic form.
Mission & Vision
This transformative experience inspired her to create Honeybee.official. Running a small honey business isn’t easy.
She faced many challenges along the way, learning everything from scratch step by step. It’s precisely because she hopes more people can discover what real pure honey is that she perseveres on this journey, sharing nature’s purest gift while championing bee conservation and environmental stewardship for future generations.
