Our story begins in the untouched Canadian wilderness, where founder Josephine unexpectedly crossed paths with a master beekeeper. What started as a simple encounter became a life-changing moment — she witnessed the entire honey-making process and tasted honey in its purest, most authentic form for the very first time.

This experience opened her heart to the world of bees, nature, and the art of raw honey crafting.

Where Our Honey Comes From

Our honey is harvested in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where our apiaries sit in pristine mountainous regions free from pollution and chemicals. Our bees roam freely among wildflowers, and our beekeepers work in harmony with them to ensure every jar remains:
